2. International Shipping & Delivery Estimates We ship worldwide, including all EU countries. Estimated delivery times:
- Europe (EU): 12–20 business days
- United States: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 15–25 business days
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24–48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Veltostore.com is not liable for any delays caused by customs.
